Extension & Refresh, Shepperton Close

This project took place in Shepperton Close where we took care of a rear single extension, full downstairs refurb with a new kitchen and utility room.

The fully bricked and steel beam reinforced single extension spanned the full width of the house and opened up into the whole back garden via two bifold doors at each end of the property.

We also performed a full downstair refurbish including a brand new kitchen and a new dedicated utility area .

There was a significant difficulty that we had to overcome involving both the three neighbouring homes and while working we encountered an Anglian Water pipe which ran right under the site of the new extension. Our solution was to redirect the drainage line around the site so we could carry out the extension without cauding any disruption to Anglian Water and neighbouring homes.
