Terms & Conditions
The rules for using this website. Building work is governed by the written quotation and contract for each project.
These terms set out the rules for using this website, dwgconstruction.co.uk. By using the site you agree to them. They are about the website only: any building work we carry out for you is governed by the written quotation and contract we agree with you for that project, not by this page.

Information on this site
The information on this site is provided as a general guide to our services and how we work. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is not advice for your specific property or project, and it should not be relied on as such. Every building project is different: what is possible, what approvals are needed and what it will cost depend on the property, the design and the site conditions, and can only be confirmed once we have looked at your project properly.
Where the site mentions a price or a “from” figure, it is a guide only. The price for your project is the one set out in our written quotation.
Photographs on this site show work carried out by DWG Construction unless stated otherwise. Where a project is described as featured on television, that refers to the broadcast in which the work appeared.
Enquiries and quotations
Sending us an enquiry, booking a consultation or receiving a quotation does not create a contract for building work. A contract only comes into being when we have both agreed the scope, the price and the terms in writing.
Our 12-month workmanship guarantee and any other guarantee or warranty apply to work we carry out under such a contract, on the terms set out in it, and not to the use of this website.
Our content and trade marks
Unless stated otherwise, the text, photographs, drawings, logo and design of this site belong to DWG Construction Ltd or are used with permission. The DWG Construction name and logo are our trade marks. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use, including copying photographs of our projects for use elsewhere, needs our written permission.
Reviews
Reviews shown on this site are taken from our public Google Business Profile and displayed word for word as they were left. We do not edit them, and we do not filter them by rating. The rating and review total shown are the figures on our Google profile at the time the site last synchronised with it, and may lag slightly behind Google itself.
Links to other websites
This site contains links to other websites, such as Google, Facebook and Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. A link does not mean we endorse a site.
Availability of the site
We try to keep the site available and working properly, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free or free of viruses. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. You should use your own virus protection software.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that arises from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from relying on information on it. If you are a business, we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, revenue or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
These terms only cover the website. Our responsibility for building work we carry out for you is set out in the contract for that work.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle your personal information, and how this site uses cookies, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed. The version on the site when you use it is the version that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.
